- DOCUMENTATION: passport or ID card is required for check in.
- TIME OF CHECK IN: from 15:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
- TIME OF CHECK OUT: before 12:00 hours.
- PETS not allowed.
- RATES DO NOT INCLUDE MEAL. (There are breakfast services whose price is 8 € per person per day)
- PAYMENT: Cash or with any of the following cards (Mastercard, Visa, Euro 6000)
- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type booked.
-In The time of entry will have to pay off the total amount of the stay.
-A Customers who make the exit before the departure date will not be refunded the amount paid. If you want to cancel part of the reserve will be under the cancellation policy.
- CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATION AND PREPAYMENT:
Medium and high season:
- NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM: If you canceled, modified or no shows will be charged the full stay. Prepayment: the total amount of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
- ROOM WITH OTHER CONDITIONS: If you cancel or change your reservation up to 20 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the reservation after this period, will be charged the full stay. If no show, will be charged the full stay. PREPAYMENT: the hotel will charge 100% of the first night, in any time after booking. The rest of the bill will be charged on the credit card provided at least 20 days before arrival.
Low season:
- NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM: If you canceled, modified or no shows will be charged the full stay. Prepayment: the total amount of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
- ROOM WITH OTHER CONDITIONS: If you cancel or change your reservation up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the reservation after this period, will be charged the full stay. If no show, will be charged the full stay. PREPAYMENT: At the time of booking the amount of the first two nights will be charged. (amount to be deducted from the total bill the day they reach the Hotel)
-A child under 1 year can stay for 15 € per person and night in a cot. Maximum capacity of baby-cots in a room is 1. Over 1 year must book a triple room.
